Model 400 Gjesdal Grain Cleaner
An easy to use, on-farm grain cleaner
The Gjesdal Model 400 is an on-farm sized seed cleaning machine that will flow approximately 40-50 bushels per hour. The operation and use of this machine is made easy with a metered control gate for incoming grain and adjustable speed control for both the indent/grader and the aspiration fan. This cleaner is almost totally enclosed with an internal vacuum for dust control.

By changing the appropriate grader screens and indent drum, it will process grain sizes ranging from alfalfa to peas and chick peas.
Internal Vacuum for Dust Control
Machine is almost totally enclosed with internal air vacuum suction for dust control. There is a final aspiration for the clean grain discharge.
Speed Adjustment Control
Speed adjustment control for both the indent / grader and the aspiration fan.
