Introducing the high capacity, cost-effective, full colour precision optical sorter series from Satake.  Ideal applications include bulk agricultural products such as wheat, lentils, peas and other small grains.
The REZS Series sorter is able to consistently and effectively sort these product types at high capacity - up to 3.5 tons per hour per chute - for common grains.
The REZS comes in 3 model size, the 2500 (3 chute), 4500 (6 chutes), and the 6500 (9 chutes).  It comes standard with flat chutes and optional channel chutes are available depending on product application type.  Secondary and/or tertiary resort capability is also optional if desired.

The REZS is powered by patent-pending Satake software assuring quick set-up and hassle-free operation.  a simple user interface, similar to a smart phone or tablet with touch and flick operation, offers the operator quick adjustments to a number of settings and sensitivities.

Full Color Camera

Full color camera technology views product similar to the human eye. The slightest color deviations can be detected.  The REZS uses full color cameras in order to capture camera images similar to how the human eye sees.  Long lasting LED lighting provides ample illumination for the cameras to work effectively.

High Capacity

The REZS is a high capacity, cost-effective sorter for applications such as wheat, lentils, peas and other grains. Depending on configuration, the REZS can sort up to 3.5 t/h per chute of common grains.
